Yesterday at 5:00PM at Jimmy's Cafe, Members and guests celebrated the Holiday Season with a party. A very nice buffet was served by Jimmy's staff and Rotarians enjoyed conversation and Carol Singing.

At the December 9 Morning Meeting President Brad Ekhoff presented the $1000 check that the Club received for  working  in the merchandise tent at the 2021 Balloon Fiesta.

 

Speaker last Thursday was Charlie Frates, Senior Tour Guide of the History and Ghost Tours of Old Town Albuquerque. He gave a fascinating presentation on some of the "Haunted Buildings"  In Old Town and described in detail the History and Ghost Tours.

On Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 5:30PM at Nexus Brewery and ZOOM,  RDS Foundation President Dave Seely was the program discussing the work of the Foundation.

 

Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 7:00AM at Jimmy's Cafe and on ZOOM the Meeting will focus on several items of Club business and matters about Rotary.  The members will be asked to approve the Board for 2022-2023.  We will also have the induction ceremony for Ted Schmidt, sponsored by Shelly Anderson.  Ted has been attending Morning Meetings on a regular basis and is very enthused about becoming a member.  Dave Simon, Program Chair will present a slide show about various Rotary Topics.
