This Week In Rotary

 

Thursday's Regular Meeting  on March 14 at Meals on Wheels Cafe featured Yale Jones from the Rotary International Foundation, who updated us on the work of the Foundation.

 

Last Monday's Governors Ball Meeting at Nexus Brewery was very important  as Governors Ball is a little over a month away.

 

Last Tuesday the Rotary Del Sol Foundation  Board met at TBK Bank to review Foundation finances.

 

Tomorrow, March 18, 2019 at Nexus Brewery at 5:15PM there will be a Satellite meeting presided over by Meredith Eisenberg and Kelli Muwumba.  All members are invited but Meredith asks you to sign up on the website so she has an idea of attendance.  Satellite is a great way to do a makeup, have a beer with some Rotary friends, and hear an interesting presentation.

 

Thursdays Regular Club Meeting at Meals on Wheels Cafe will feature Shauna Frost from Meals on Wheels who will update us on their programs.  Remember that our members help with the Meals on Wheels program as part of our service commitment.

 

Governors Ball is  fast approaching, so lets get those sponsorships and auction items submitted. It is time to order that Black Tie or Roaring 20s Outfit so you can make a fashion statement with all your fellow Del Sol Rotarians. Don't forget to get one for your spouse or significant other too.  Remember rooms are going fast at Isleta so if you want to stay the night of April 27, please call for a reservation.
