Dave Seely – The RDSFB selected charities for the 2026 Chalmer’s grants.Eight charities were selected this year.Over the last five years, the RDSF has disbursed $302,843 in 29 grants to 20 different charities. The 2026 selectees will be confirmed at the club board meeting in mid-April.
Dave Simon – John Heck’s memorial service is today at 10:00AM at St. Jude’s Catholic Church at 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW in Albuquerque. The family would like to put a bench in John’s name in California near the ocean and along one of the bike paths he frequently rode in Albuquerque.
Ron H. – On Friday 11/6, we will take the Amtrack to Las Vegas, NM and stay overnight at the Harvey House Hotel and come back to Albuquerque on Saturday 11/7.Amtrack tickets are $40 per person and $150 for the night at the Harvey House Hotel.More to follow.

After graduating high school, adults with intellectual and developmental disability often don’t know what to do next. Our goal is to offer those individuals a place where they can continue to learn, grow, and live a fulfilling productive life as an adult.
