On September 6 at the Regular Thursday Meeting, Brian Baca of the Albuquerque Better Business Buruau was the Speaker and gave a very detailed presentation on all the work and mission of the Better Business Bureau. Brian is a Retired Colonel in the Air Force and an Albuquerque Rotarian. He said that the Bureau does more than handle complaints. Among other things it does Customer Reviews and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

On September 13 at the Thursday meeting at Meals on Wheels, Rear Admiral Mark Bipes, USN will be the speaker, His talk is about "The Navy the Nation Needs" and will focus on current naval operations, status of the fleet and future plans.
