Last Week was a quiet week for Rotary Del Sol as Del Sol Rotarians spent the Thanksgiving Holidays with family and friends.
Yesterday evening at Nexus Brewery The Del Sol Satellite Group meeting featured Greg Mann, Senior Research Engineer, who spoke on the formerly covert biological weapons program in the USSR and the role of US scientists in reducing the biological threat. Conley Mc Coy was also inducted as the newest Del Sol Rotarian. Please give Conley a big Rotary Del Sol Welcome.
The Regular Thursday meeting on December 5, 2019 at Meals on Wheels will feature J P Espinosa as our guest speaker.
Thursday is also the last day to bring your Heart Gallery Gifts and turn them over to Service Chair, Chris Van Dyck.
The Beans and Rice Campaign is also in full swing under the able leadership of Brian Fisher. Please remember to bring your Beans and Rice or a check payable to the Rotary Del Sol Foundation for the Beans and Rice Campaign. Through this effort we try to bring food to some of the hungry members of our great city.
