An Informative Double Feature...
Our very special guest presenter this past Thursday was David Campbell, who currently serves as Chief Counsel of Mesa Del Sol, LLC, a master planned commercial, industrial, and residential community in Albuquerque, NM. He is a 35-year member of the NM State Bar, practicing municipal and real estate law, in the private and public sectors. David spoke to us about the progress at Mesa Del Sol and the rapid expansion of Netflix... and also a proposal to merge the Albuquerque city and county governments.
Vice President Shirley Anderson did a great job leading the meeting while Brad, Wayne and Bill were still on their amazing adventure trip to the Sturgis Motorcycle rally.

The life of PDG Rick Akins, who passed on Wednesday, August 9th, will be celebrated in Albuquerque, NM, and in Tulsa, OK, where he will be buried.
Albuquerque, New Mexico A Memorial Service honoring the life of PDG Rick Akins (Charles R. Akins) will be held this Thursday, August 17th at 3:00 PM at Cavalry Church, 4001 Osuna Road NE, Albuquerque, NM. There will be no reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rick's honor to Samaritan's Purse or to the Rio Rancho Rotary Sunrise Club.
Tulsa, Oklahoma A Funeral Service for PDG Rick Akins will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
