From Mitch Selking, As we know, the goal to eradicate polio is almost finished. On November 22 I'm riding in the Tour de Tucson as a fundraiser for Rotary's Ride to End Polio. In my youth, I saw firsthand the effects of polio. Now I see it in the survivors of polio. Polio affected my family and my friends. Other countries' experiences are more devastating. This disease spreads easily and rapidly, which is why we need to stop it now. Donations are matched 2:1 by the Bill Gates Foundation. Please join me in donating to this amazing cause. Kit Carson Middle School Annual Science Fair Judges will help judge projects. Inspirational opportunity to give back to young people interested in learning. Volunteers can choose to serve 1/2 day; if we have more than 1 volunteer. Lunch will be provided at the school.
